Our journey began with Mattie, our family's very first dog.

Long before High Paw existed, Mattie taught us something that would stay with us forever: every dog deserves to be loved, understood, and cared for as an individual. She wasn't simply a pet. She was part of our family, and the bond we shared with her would eventually become the foundation of everything we do.

When we created High Paw, we wanted to build something that reflected those values. A place where dogs could feel comfortable, where their individual needs mattered, and where the affection and attention they received came naturally.

That philosophy continues to guide us today.

Before saying goodbye to Mattie, our veterinarian helped us preserve her final paw print. That very paw print became the inspiration for the High Paw logo—a lasting reminder of where our story began and the love that continues to shape our business.

Nearly two decades after her passing, Mattie's legacy lives on in the care we give every dog who walks through our doors.
